Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following exchange policy:
- Return and Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange or return, you must provide a parcel opening video clearly showing the condition of the product.
- If the video shows that the product has been received with any defects, such as:
- Incorrect color
- Wrong size
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product
- We will proceed with the exchange for the correct item.
- No Refund Policy: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you choose to exchange an item, and the product is unavailable, the amount will be credited towards another item of your choice.
- Exchange Timeframe: The exchanged product request must be made within 72 hours from the delivery date. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will not be eligible for exchange.
- Exchange Order Limitation: The exchanged product’s value must be used for another order within 15 days of the exchange. This will be managed accordingly to ensure a smooth transaction.
